- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible. If you want an insurance company that does absolutely nothing go right ahead. I had a glass claim, they did a shoddy job. I called masons, they asked me who did the work. I told them you should know you set them up to do it. I asked them to get the glass company back they gave me the number to call them. So.... what am I paying masons for? On top of that I pay online so... again what do they do? My truck was hit, showed pictures and proof they didn't want to listen. They put it all on me. They don't seem to help.
